I learned from my grandmother and mother about our history. In highschool I took Black History in 1976. My personal experiences on my life. Coming back from military 1991 to NC, wow, really opened my eyes to how prejudiced some people still feel. I myself simply pray for them because prejudice is a learned and taught behavior. I personally am black with white, Indian and God mix. Only God will fix all the past history of our people and everyone who has been killed, lynched or put down by any kind of man-made struggle. Today I myself am in the middle of something dealing with a big business and people who think they are more than me. I do whatever I need to do to survive pray, stand up. I am the example of my ancestors and the inhuman way they were treated. I have one thing to say: without them where would we be? Thanks for listening. People just remember God will make it right.
