FIRST YOUR OWN STATE, THE PRESIDENT WON IT HANDILY.

DID HE THE PREVIOUS ONE AS WELL.

WHAT DO YOU THINK ARE THE KEY ISSUES?

WHY DO YOU THINK HE MANAGED TO DO THAT?

HE WON IN SOME HISTORICALLY DEMOCRAT AREAS.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, PLACES THAT YOU KNOW, FOR DECADES, HAS BEEN, HAVE BEEN ELECTING DEMOCRATS.

BUT I THINK WHAT REALLY HE WON BECAUSE PEOPLE FEEL, PEOPLE WHO VOTED FOR HIM FEEL HE HAS THEIR BACK.

THAT HE'S A FIGHTER, AND THAT HE FIGHTS FOR THEM.

AND OHIOANS FOR A LONG TIME HAVE ELECTED CANDIDATES.

U.S. SENATE GOVERNOR OF BOTH PARTIES, WHO THEY THINK ARE FIGHTERS FOR THEM.

AND I THINK IF I HAD TO GIVE YOU ONE REASON.

AND TRUMP OFFICIALS SAID THAT HIS SUPPORTERS, HIS DEVOTES WOULD WALK OVER CUT GLASS FOR HIM.

WHAT WAS THE MAIN ISSUE FOR THEM?

OF COURSE, WE'RE IN THE CORONAVIRUS ERA.

WE'VE GOT MORE THAN 230,000 AMERICANS DEAD.

AND IT WAS A BIG ISSUE FOR MANY PEOPLE.

WHICH WAS THE ISSUE THAT PUT HIM OVER THE TOP IN YOUR STATE?

I DON'T KNOW THAT THERE WAS ONE ISSUE.

I THINK IT IS A PERCEPTION WHETHER IT IS TRADE AGREEMENTS, WHATEVER IT IS.

THIS GUY IS THROUGHOUT FIGHTING FOR THE PEOPLE.

WE ARE STILL A STATE THAT IS KIND OF A PURPLE STATE.

WE CAN GO BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN REPUBLICANS AND DEMOCRATS.

WE'RE PROBABLY NOW SLIGHTLY RIGHT OF CENTER STATE BUT IT IS STILL A STATE THAT A DEMOCRAT CAN WIN FOR U.S. SENATE, SUCH AS SHERROD BROWN.

A STATE THAT DONALD TRUMP COULD WIN BY YOU KNOW, AN EQUAL AMOUNT A COUPLE YEARS LATER.

SO IT IS A STATE THE.

DISCERNS WHO THEY THINK IS THE FIGHTER FOR THEM.
