SHARE

The International Documentary Association (IDA) supports the vital work of non-fiction storytellers, championing an inclusive documentary culture. The IDA Documentary Awards celebrates the best nonfiction films and programs of the year, representing excellence in the documentary field from around the world by both emerging and established documentarians.

American Masters is honored to announce its nomination for Best Curated Series.

The 2020 Awards will be presented at a virtual ceremony on Saturday, January 16, 2021. Until then, celebrate virtually in the IDA photo booth.

The IDA aims to connect audiences with the best of the form, provide resources, create community, and defend the rights and freedoms of documentary artists, activists and journalists. Like American Masters, they believe documentaries enrich and deepen our culture, fostering a more informed and connected world.
