Eliel and Eero Saarinen’s Work on First Christian Church

The First Christian Church in Columbus, IN, was designed by both Eliel and Eero Saarinen, and shows the marks of Eero’s developing style.

This church was designed not only by Eliel but also by my dad. You know I'm sure a lot of the details were but I don't know what they are and it would be interesting to find out what they are He's working with Eliel but within Eliel's box but he's doing his own thing at this point. We just found this out now we'll see the detail there none of the other pews have that. We're trying to figure out who did what and we don't know. What's nice to me is a the way these are sort of random - I love - the thing I love is these lights, but I know they're Eliel's lights because I've seen before in Cranbrook. We know that in the earliest dedication book Eliel and Eero were both signed in.
