Comedian Joan Rivers recalls her experiences as a member of The Second City improvisational comedy team in Chicago. She really discovered her voice at The Second City, where she began her tenure in 1961. Rivers discusses the prolific output of Second City alum, including herself and the likes of Mike Nichols, Elaine May, Alan Arkin, Shelley Berman, Barbara Harris, David Steinberg, John Belushi, and Gilda Radner, all working with a highly educated brand of comedy.
