Easter, founder and Principal of T.H. Easter Consulting, was recently awarded three Stevie awards including Executive of the Year, Woman of the Year, and Minority Owned Business of the Year. She also has over 30 years of experience in bringing new approaches and innovative thinking to some of the toughest human resource management challenges and most aggressive revenue enhancement goals.
Easter paved a way for African American women everywhere when she became the Chief Operating Officer of a top 100 national AmLaw legal practice, which was regarded as one of the best financially managed law firms under her watch. She has led utility companies, professional services firms, commercial banks and the White House.
Terri is also committed to public service, education and philanthropy. This year as THEC celebrates its’ 10-year anniversary, Terri has elected to host a grand gala to raise awareness of the challenges of students with special needs; and to raise money for scholarships for disadvantaged young men and women with learning disabilities grades K-12. She has been a major sponsor of the Kingsbury Center 5K run for the past 3 years, a multi-year sponsor of the DE SHRM- annual Go Red for Women American heart association walk and auction. Additionally, T.H. Easter Consulting is a proud sponsor of the prestigious National Museum of African American History and Culture opened in 2016 in Washington DC.
Terri was recently appointed to the Kingsbury Center Board of Trustees where she will continue her passion for advocating for quality education for students with special needs.
