TRANSCRIPT

[Drums and cymbal] CHAD SMITH: It's gonna be a little loud in here.

ANDREA BOCELLI: Yeah.

[Piano and drums] SMITH: I know that growing up you played lots of different instruments.

BOCELLI: Honestly, I started only piano.. then I love very much the instruments in general.

Flutes and trumpet and trombone and horn and or...many things.

Accordion. The only instruments that said me no for all my life for now are the strings.

SMITH: Ahhhh.

BOCELLI: Strings are too difficult for me. Now I'm trying to play something with the violin.

And if you come back next year, probably I can a show that I can play for you some small amount.

[Drums and piano] [Laughter] BOCELLI: Fantastic.

SMITH: Andrea...he does funk! Who knew that he does funk!

I love it! Yeah!
