Season Nine of Great Performances at The Met Announced

Great Performances announces the ninth season of Great Performances at The Met, which includes an encore of highlights of the past eight seasons and five new productions at The Metropolitan Opera in New York City.

The Metropolitan Opera handpicked 19 unforgettable arias and duets from more than 75 productions of the past eight seasons of Great Performances at The Met. Hosted by Deborah Voigt, the program features performances from the greatest opera stars of today.
