Poll: Religion is Losing Influence in the U.S.

gallup-poll-religionA new Gallup poll found that 77 percent of Americans think religion’s influence on the nation is decreasing. That’s the highest percentage since the question was first asked in 1957. But 75 percent say an increase in the number of religious Americans would be positive for society.
