The baptism this week of an heir to the British throne: Three-month-old Prince George was christened by Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, who urged more parents to christen their babies as a way of “bringing God” into the family. If George ever becomes king, he would then also head the Church of England. Before the christening, Welby made a quick trip to Africa, where he met with conservative leaders who are unhappy with liberal directions in the worldwide Anglican Communion.
