This week (November 11) Baha’is celebrate the birth of Bahá’u’lláh, the founder of their faith. At the White House there was a lively celebration of Diwali, the Hindu festival of lights (November 5). First Lady Michelle Obama hosted the festivities, lighting a traditional lamp and meeting with U.S. Hindu leaders.
