Pentecostal Megachurch Pastor Convicted of Embezzlement

cho-jailed-HEAD-small The founding pastor of the world’s largest Pentecostal church has been convicted of embezzlement and sentenced to three years in prison. The Assemblies of God-affiliated Yoido Full Gospel Church in South Korea has more than one million members. Founder David Yonggi Cho was convicted of embezzling $12 million of church funds. His sentence was suspended.
