Faith Groups and Religious Leaders Urge Reexamination of Death Penalty

Oklahoma City Roman Catholic Archbishop Paul Coakley said the failed lethal injection and ultimate heart attack death of convicted killer Clayton Lockett highlight the brutality of the death penalty. The group People of Faith Against the Death Penalty urged religious groups to step up efforts to abolish all executions.
