Gay Marriage Bans Upheld; Supreme Court May Have to Rule

supreme-court-NEWS-smAfter a recent string of court decisions supporting same-sex marriage, the Sixth US Circuit Court of Appeals this week took the opposite stand and upheld gay marriage bans in four states: Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and Tennessee. This puts new pressure on the Supreme Court to finally take up a case that will decide whether gay marriage bans are indeed constitutional.
