The world’s largest interfaith gathering concluded in Salt Lake City this week. Some 10,000 participants from 50 spiritual traditions attended the 2015 Parliament of the World’s Religions. The event has been held once every five years since 1893. This year’s gathering focused on several issues, including women in leadership, peace, and climate change. Delegates said it was important for the voices of people of faith to be heard in climate change debates.

Watch our interview with Imam Malik Mujahid, who chairs the Parliament’s board of trustees.
