Obama Visits Hiroshima

06-600President Obama visited Hiroshima, Japan on Friday (May 27). He is the first sitting American president to visit the site of the atomic bombing at the end of War World II. Religious leaders and anti-nuclear activists encouraged the visit. During his trip, Obama met with survivors and reaffirmed his hope for a world without nuclear weapons.
