Faith Groups Object to Early Trump Administration Appointments

08-600Religious groups are among those reacting to president-elect Donald Trump’s new administration appointments. Early in the week, Trump’s selection of Breitbart News executive Steve Bannon as chief strategist provoked a flurry of response. Many faith groups objected, citing material on Bannon’s website against Jews, Muslims, and others. But the conservative Faith and Freedom Coalition praised the appointment as being “practical and results-oriented.”
