Canon Andrew White, the Anglican Vicar of Baghdad, received the Anne Frank Special Recognition Award for his efforts to promote reconciliation and religious tolerance in Iraq. He raised concerns about atrocities committed by ISIS, especially the group’s persecution of Christians.
