Bangkok Mourns Victims of Bombing at Hindu Shrine

Mourners in Bangkok, Thailand prayed for the victims of a deadly bombing at a prominent shrine at one of the city’s busiest intersections. Twenty-two people were killed and more than 120 wounded by the explosion at the Erawan Shrine, which is dedicated to the Hindu Lord Brahma and also holds significance for Thailand’s Buddhists. Faith groups around the world including the Hindu American Foundation condemned the attack and offered condolences to the victims’ families.
