Religious leaders around the world condemned the terrorist attack in the southern French city of Nice where a large truck plowed through a Bastille Day fireworks celebration. More than 80 people were killed and dozens injured. Pope Francis expressed his “deep sorrow and his spiritual closeness to the French people.”
