On Monday (March 17), Hindus celebrate Holi, the joyous festival of colors. They throw colored water and powder on each other. The spring festival marks the triumph of good over evil. On Friday (March 21), Baha’i’s will celebrate their New Year, Nowruz, which comes at the end of 19 days of fasting. It’s also the New Year in the Zoroastrian tradition.
