The group that represents Catholic hospitals in the US says it is satisfied with revisions to the White House policy requiring free insurance coverage of contraception services. The Catholic Health Association says under an exemption for religious non-profits, the group will not have to contract, pay for or provide services to which it morally objects. The Catholic Bishops, however, remain opposed to the administration’s policy. Cardinal Timothy Dolan, head of the bishop’s conference, says he’s still studying the rules but as of now his concerns have not been met.
