There was more violence in the Central African Republic this week, leaving over 100 people dead. Nearly 400,000 civilians have been displaced from their homes due to fighting between Christians and Muslims since a predominantly Muslim coalition of rebels seized control of the government in March. Humanitarian groups have warned the country is at risk of an all-out interreligious war. The U.N. this week authorized French and African troops to try to restore security there.
