UN Report Warns of Climate Change Effects; Young Evangelicals Draw Attention to Climate Change as Moral and Biblical Issue

IPCC_climate-change-HEAD-sm Meeting in Japan, the UN panel on climate change reported this week that the effects of global warming are increasingly evident. It called on world leaders to act now to help people adapt to the changes and slow them down. A global summit on climate change is scheduled for next year. Meanwhile, a group of young evangelicals in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and on several Christian campuses held a day of prayer for action on climate change.
