The group Doctors Without Borders said airstrikes by the Saudi-led coalition in Yemen destroyed one of their hospitals this week. Patients and staff were evacuated, but there were no reported deaths. The Saudis denied responsibility. Meanwhile, Doctors Without Borders continues demanding an independent investigation into the October 3 US airstrike against its hospital in Afghanistan. The group has raised the confirmed death toll in that incident to 30, with several people still unaccounted for. The US said the airstrike was “a mistake.” Doctors Without Borders said it was a violation of international law.
