Faith-Based Relief Groups, Religious Aid Agencies Respond to Massive Damage from Hurricane Matthew

08-600Faith-based relief groups are among those gearing up to help victims of this week’s massive Hurricane Matthew. Many religious agencies are seeking donations, and some are already organizing teams of volunteers to help with cleanup. Faith-based groups are trying to deliver emergency food, water, and medicine, but many areas remain inaccessible because of blocked roads, washed out bridges, and mudslides.
