Faith Groups Address Issues of Race, Reconciliation, and Police Violence

In the wake of several fatal shootings of black men, religious groups are keeping up pressure for police reforms. People of faith have been part of protests against police violence. Many congregations have been sponsoring discussions about race and law enforcement. At this week’s annual conference of the Gospel Coalition, evangelicals discussed how pastors can become ministers of reconciliation by building better relationships with police and local neighborhoods.
