Religious groups around the world joined in mourning for the victims of downed Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 as their remains were transported from Ukraine to the Netherlands. Churches across the Netherlands held memorial services. Many faith leaders also urged prayers for an end to the escalating crisis between Ukraine and Russia.
