Thieves Steal Relic of Pope John Paul II’s Blood

In Italy, an unusual theft at a church in Rome where the late Pope John Paul II prayed: It was a case containing a cloth stained with John Paul’s blood. Three suspects were arrested. A blood-stained cloth fragment was found in the garage of one of the suspects.
