Interfaith Service Mourns Kansas Shooting Victims

Kansas-memorial-HEAD-smUS religious groups continued to mourn the victims of the shootings at two Jewish facilities in Kansas last week. The three victims were all Christians. Two of them were members of the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, Kansas. That megachurch’s senior pastor, Adam Hamilton, was among the clergy at an interfaith memorial service:

Reverend Adam Hamilton: “Our aim there was to show our communities coming together, to look at ways that we prayed for one another, we had compassion for one another.”
