US religious groups continued to mourn the victims of the shootings at two Jewish facilities in Kansas last week. The three victims were all Christians. Two of them were members of the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, Kansas. That megachurch’s senior pastor, Adam Hamilton, was among the clergy at an interfaith memorial service:
