New Survey: Americans Look for Good Sermons, Warm Welcome When Choosing a House of Worship

There’s new data on choosing a church. According to a survey by the Pew Research Center, 83 percent say it is good preaching. Seventy-nine percent said it was a warm welcome by church leaders, and 74 percent named an appealing style of worship. And attendance? Fifty-one percent of Americans said they go to church at least once or twice a month.
