President Obama this week (December 6) gave his final major speech on national security. Speaking at MacDill Air Force Base in Florida, he said the United States must not stigmatize Muslims in the fight against terror. He said if the US acts as if it is at war with Islam, the nation will “lose sight of the very principles we claim to defend.”
