09-600In the U.S., police shootings and fractured race relations continue to dominate the landscape. This week in Miami police shot an unarmed black man who had his arms in the air.

Charles Kinsey, a behavioral therapist, was shot in leg while he attempted to calm a patient down. When Kinsey asked the policeman why he shot him the officer replied, ” I don’t know.”
