Religious Groups Continue Tornado Relief Efforts in Okla.

oklahoma-disaster-reliefFaith-based groups pledged to continue their massive mobilization to help victims of last week’s deadly tornado in Moore, Oklahoma which destroyed some 13,000 homes and killed two dozen people. Numerous religious groups are helping with clean-up and providing supplies and food. The evangelical Samaritan’s Purse says it has dispatched about 1,000 volunteers to Moore and nearly that many to neighboring Shawnee.
