Study: Wide Disparities Exist in Educational Levels among Religious Groups

untitled-9-600A new study from the Pew Research Center has found that religious minorities in the US are better educated than the Christian majority. For instance, 96 percent of American Hindus and 54 percent of Muslims hold a college degree. Only 36 percent of Christians in the US have graduated from college. Worldwide, Jews are more highly educated than any other religious group, followed by Christians and the religiously unaffiliated.
