In response to growing anti-Islamic rhetoric, the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops has announced that it is launching a new National Catholic-Muslim Dialogue group. Chicago Archbishop Blase Cupich is slated to lead the initiative. It is expected to launch in January of next year.
