Vigils and Prayer Services Mark One-Year Anniversary of Nigerian Girls Abduction

This week marked one year since more than 200 school girls in Nigeria were abducted by the terrorist group Boko Haram. The anniversary was observed in many countries. Here in the US, New York’s Empire State Building was lit up in red and purple in the girls’ honor. In Nigeria, there were prayer services and rallies. Nigerian leaders admitted they still do not know where the girls are.
