A Palestinian manager of the international Christian aid organization World Vision has been charged with funneling $43 million in charity funds to Hamas over the last six years. Israeli officials arrested the World Vision employee in June. World Vision says it has no reason to believe the allegations are true. The organization also said it was extremely concerned about its employee’s safety. According to World Vision, it helped more than four million children around the world last year, including about 40,000 Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
