1. ‘Dragon’ Dinosaur Discovered in China
Scientists have discovered an almost perfectly preserved 6’6″ winged dinosaur – an ancestor of the velociraptor – in north-east China. The 125-million year-old fossil suggests many other dinosaurs looked like “big, fluffy, killer birds,” but it is unlikely that the newly discovered creature could fly. Read more at BBC.
