Pastor Chun Ki Won is the director of Durihana, a Christian missionary organization that helps North Korean defectors make the treacherous journey along the Asian underground railroad to safety in South Korea. A former hotel manager and divorced father of two, Chun founded Durihana after witnessing first-hand the living conditions of the nearly 100,000 North Korean refugees living in hiding in northeast China. In this web-exclusive interview, Chun talks about his motivations, and describes the complex relationship that many defectors have with Christianity.
