After graduating in 2007 with a degree in European Studies and German, Sarah went on to work as an Assistant Language Teacher and English teacher in Japan. In 2011 she became a tour guide in Norway, and has been working with cruise ship passengers in the Arctic every summer since. Sarah returns to Port Lockroy this year as Base Leader, having been in charge of wildlife monitoring, the museum and waste management at Port Lockroy last year.
