Q: What is the broadcast schedule for the current season?

A: NATURE airs Wednesdays at 8:00pm on most PBS stations. Please check your local listings to find out about upcoming broadcasts on your local station.

Q: What is a FAST channel?

A: Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television (FAST) Channels are services which are free for viewers to watch and generate revenue for content owners through advertising-support. FAST platforms can include a mix of linear channels and on-demand programming which viewers access through their medium of choice – connected TV, app, mobile device, or online video player.

A: The channel will draw from the library of NATURE episodes no longer available for broadcast, and also on PBS Passport,  the on-demand streaming member benefit providing current episodes and access to a library of quality public television programming.

A: It’s an acacia tree, found on the African plains.
