Help bring history into the digital age by flipping through a natural history Rolodex! Mohonk Preserve has an extensive archive collection filled with information like you’d find in a museum: name, location, taxonomy, observer, etc.). According to the website, “The Natural History Observation Card File consists of 14,000 3×5 notecards containing extensive natural history observations of the flora and fauna of the Shawangunk Ridge.” By looking through and digitizing the information on the cards, you can bring history to life.
