Each week, we feature a worthy citizen science project or nature news segment from around the nation. This week we bring you EarthEcho Water Challenge.
Every year, starting on March 22nd (World Water Day as designated by the United Nations) through December, EarthEcho International challenges citizens everywhere to monitor and “protect the water resources we depend on every day.” Start by understanding your water through tests of pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature and turbidity, and then report your results. The data will help experts determine the state of your local water and guidance on how to protect it. Start now!
