NATURE Nominated For Four Emmy Awards | 42nd Emmy Awards

The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences announced the nominees for the 42nd annual News & Documentary Emmy Awards. PBS received the most nominations of any network with 52.

Of the 52, NATURE received four nominations:

Cuba’s Wild Revolution is a production of Crossing the Line Productions and THIRTEEN PRODUCTIONS LLC in association with WNET, ORF-UNIVERSUM, FRANCE TÉLÉVISIONS, DR, SVT, RTÉ, BBC. The documentary is produced by John Murray, Ciara Baker and Cepa Giblin. Olga Merediz is narrator. The film is nominated for three awards: “Outstanding Nature Documentary,” “Outstanding Cinematography: Documentary” and “Outstanding Sound.”

Primates is a BBC Studios production for PBS and BBC with THIRTEEN PRODUCTIONS LLC. Produced and directed by Nikki Waldron, Nick Easton and Victoria Buckley. Gavin Boyland is Series Producer and Michael Gunton is Executive Producer for BBC Studios. NyambiNyambi is narrator. The miniseries is nominated for “Outstanding Music Composition.”
